Isabella's Family

Our Story

We were a family of six. One day I (Greg) had an idea to breed dogs so that the kids could experience the miracle of life, and learn about working hard while providing for new puppies. After months of research we fell in love with Lagotto Romagnolos.  After several months of connecting with Lagotto breeders we put down a deposit and in October 2020, we picked up Isabella. She had her first litter of six puppies in February 2023.

We truly are Isabella's family. She doesn't live in a kennel detached from our house.  She lives in our home with us. Her food dish is right next to our kitchen table. Her dog bed is close to our couch. She hops in the car every morning to take the kids to school. Most days she goes into work with Greg.

Isabella is a sweet girl with plenty of energy. Like all Lagottos Isabella is a smart cookie (which has advantages and disadvantages). Our two youngest kids like to teach Isabella dog tricks they find on youtube. She has a keen sense of smell and loves it when they hide treats in the house for her to sniff out. She also loves to run free exploring our yard, the woods, or a dog park.
